Some modern books and films which relate to aspects of Freemasonry and/or the Knights Templar and which have become popular throughout many countries include:

  • Three books by Dan Brown, from which two films with Tom Hanks have been produced so far – ‘The Da Vinci Code’, ‘Angels and Demons’ and ‘The Lost Symbol’.
  • One ‘Indiana Jones’ film with Harrison Ford and Sean Connery – ‘Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade’.
  • Two ‘National Treasure’ films with Nicolas Cage – ‘National Treasure’ and ‘National Treasure 2 – Book of Secrets’.
